The price for purchased material in June rose $0.03 per pound based on May’s closing Midwest Average of $1.26 per lb, rounded to 2 places. Aluminum pricing is trending up, and it appears this increase trend will be ongoing due to the recent increase of tariffs on aluminum coming from Canada and Mexico.

June’s pricing went down $0.01 per lb due to a decrease in raw material cost. Prior month pricing was based on $0.97 per lb, current month is $0.96 per lb.

April’s pricing increased $0.02 per lb based on March’s Midwest Average for raw material. Pricing appears to be trending up in the month of April which would cause and increase in May pricing as well.
